Why would a builder not want you to acknowledge who they are? But expect you to be comfortable with buying from them

Great question. Actually there are some builders who will not allow their homes to be put on YT and not allow them to be filmed. But..... back to your question... this particular builder did not give me the exact reason behind it. Just said they would allow me to film and put on my channel as long as I do not mention it or the model name of the home so I respected and did as they wished. I wanted to film the homes because I want my viewers to have an opportunity to see these beautiful homes. Thank you for watching my channel. There is a 3 rd party house inspector who is showing sloppy construction, the builders will not allow him on there property or allow him to film. His videos are on You Tube

Wow, that's concerning because if they had nothing to hide, they wouldn't care about having their name put out there. Clearly not proud of their quality of workmanship obviously. I have to say I would pass on buying a home from this builder, even though the homes are beautiful, I'd be afraid of what you can't see $$$$. When we do buy, I will definitely be getting a trusted home inspector, no matter who the builder is. Better safe than sorry.
