Really enjoyed this video, brought back a lot of memories when I was in Bruges with my husband many years ago. Beautiful architecture like most Flemish cities. If you are ever in Belgium again, I can highly recommend Veurne, we happened to stop there for something to eat on our way to Bruges and our mouths literally fell open at the beauty of this small town. A gem that few tourists know about, and luckily so.

Fabulous video Bob and Jenny have always loved Bruges it’s one of my favourite places I’ve ever been it’s great on a Christmas with the market We have stayed at minnewater just out of the city centre by the beguine monastery and there is a great brewery called the half moon if you made it! If you haven't seen our videos for a while, I've been on a pre-diabetic program from Reed Wellbeing, since March this year. The program is a national prgram sponsored by the NHS. For further information please ask your GP. So far I've lost 20kg in weight following a suggested menu plan, cutting out white bread and other high carb foods.

@@BobEarnshawMoHo - Hi Bob. Good on you. I've had three heart attacks and bypass surgery almost two years ago. The medications have caused me to easily gain weight. I am approaching pre-diabetes too and now have started a program of no high carb/starch foods. Mainly vegetarian and very green. I am in Australia, so our health system is a little different to the UK's. 20kg would be my approximate goal too. Kind regards, Stuart
