The issue is lack of discipline, study, holiness and a deep connection to the Catholic faith. As a convert, I have noticed inconsistent experiences at parishes and parents not raising their kids with a deep connection to their faith. I also believe although never having attended a Latin Mass, standardizing Mass to Latin form and language can cause a revival - because people don't want cheap, easy religion. I've learned some Latin and Latin prayers and have found great benefit.

Yes, I can tell you that after growing in the New Mass era for the first 23 years of my life, there is a huge difference. I've been going for the past 9 and I can defitinely see the fruits from going! Now, I not saying the people are better or the Mass is holier, but yes it does give you a VERY different experience whenever you attend 🙏

Nice video! I would like to add that TLM should be brought back, I do believe this is one of the best ways to not just bring back former and cradle catholics but also non-catholics. The experience would cover much what a conversation or explanation can not do. God Bless!

One of the reasons so many leave is because they didn't really make the decision to join. Baptism was originally part of the conversion and repentance process. Sidestepping this process has tradeoffs.

I left the church due to my job 20 years ago i got my CDL license and drove over the road. I also not a fan of church music. The last 6 months I have been reading the daily reading and reading Bible verses. I am not ready to go back to church. I am a guy of faith.

For the list of reasons why Catholics leave the church, you can add former Catholics obeying God's fourth Commandment. From sunset on Friday, to sunset on the Biblical 7th day. They abandoned Sunday. This is not intended to be disrespectful. It really happens. I enjoyed this video. A lot of good points I must admit, even though I'm not catholic.

With love and respect, Sunday is scriptural. The Catholic church didn't "invent" Sundays, just like the Catholic Church didn't invent the Trinity. My personal view is that EVERYDAY is the Lord's day - we should be a Christian 24/7.

My friend. I hear what you are saying. And I admire your passion to try and be as faithful as you can be to the Gospel. We can discuss the Biblical teaching that Christ is the Fulfillment of the Law, which required Seventh Day Worship if you would care to. However, I am curios why you singled out this one doctrine to risk the Salvation of your Soul on. What about Communion with God for Salvation as Jesus taught in John 6 and at the Last Supper (The First Mass)? What about the only Biblically revealed way of Salvation which can only be found in the Sacraments of the Catholic Church? What about the Biblical teaching that "The Church is the Pillar and Foundation of THE TRUTH"? What about using a Bible that has been corrupted by removal of certain Inspired Books? Again, I do admire your passion, but these are some of the questions that I would have for you if you were willing to have the discussion. Of course, I assume that is a given since you have already elected to share some of what you believe, knowing that it is opposed to what the Church teaches. God bless.

I left because I was starving for the scriptures, which you just don’t get in the Catholic Church. You get dribs and drabs here and there, with no explanation about what it all means. I spent the majority of my life in the Catholic Church never knowing the Bible, which I’m now learning. I’m not alone. Also, there is a lot of weirdness going on right now. Why would a Priest start and end each Mass by holding his hands together, bowing and saying, “Namaste” ? Strangeness is going on. It can’t be all about ritual and ceremony, either. Why pray to saints and not Jesus? Why pray to Mary when you should speak directly to Jesus? What is the point of repetitious prayer - the Rosary - and not speak directly from your heart and mind? These are some of the reasons that bothered me to the point that I left. I was hungry for Him, for his word, to really know Him. I’m on that journey now.

I'm so sorry you were not catechized in the True Faith. Unfortunately all too common today. But I invite you to come back to the Church Jesus Christ founded. He is Truly Present in our Holy Communion and nowhere else. The Eucharist is THE Body, Blood Soul and Divinty of Our Lord, really and truly. There are many Eucharistic miracles . Please see Bl. @Cathy Perez. Why would I go back to a church that seems to have gone so wrong, with a pope who advocates homosexuality and wants to remove one line from the Lord’s Prayer at the head of it? I remember him once smacking a lady who touched him. Bad Catechism doesn’t explain what’s going on now, it’s just a symptom of worse things. I don’t believe you have to be a Catholic to go to heaven. And like I said, I want to hear the Lords word. I want to grow as a Christian. I felt stagnant in the Catholic Church. Thank you for the prayers, I appreciate it.
