Love Earthway products!! Few years ago ,due to videos I bought the 36" shovel and absolutely love it! I. Only issue was with the fiberglass shaft. The screw holes into the shaft and they became worn and about twice the original size. Witch made the handle loose.

Mine came that way out of the box I drilled bigger holes and put bolts in with lock nuts.

@schofieldlawncare I replaced it with a used old crappy shovel metal shaft. Added a little weight but won't have to worry about it again.

i am a new lawn care owner and i was wondering after the last leaf falls. what do i do then until the snow fall, but im just wondering what you do during winter

If you want a spreader I recommend the lesco with an 80 pound hopper they are high quality and easy to get parts for

Had Lescos for a few years, always fell a part. Haven't had a single bolt fall off my Earthway. Gone are the days of having a clothes hanger in my truck for spare parts, sorry not sorry Lesco.

@ were you using them for salt because if so I can’t vouch for there ability to do that I’m down south and I use them for seed and fertilizer

This may be the wrong video to ask but say you have a normal $40 residence lawn by sq footage then you go bid a commercial account same sq footage as residence do you price the same or up the price because its a commercial property?

Idk but that spyker spreader had my attention and now hearing the advantages earthway spreaders have has me undecided 😵‍💫

Spyker makes a good speaker, I don't think you can go wrong with either brand.

Earth Way spreaders tires go flat because because the plastic rims or composite made rims leak. The correction was installing inner tubes in the wheels fixes them. Mine was not the round unit that is being shown on the video. Mine is the red like the blue units. The price i paid for the unit several years was pricey. I hope the manufacturer addressed the problem?

@@BriansLawnMaintenancei have the red spreader for three years now. Tires still like new and it still spreads like the first day I bought it. I use it to reseed over 100 properties a year, so far Im completely satisfied.

So I’m assuming all my new 100lb earthways have broken gear boxes. None of them spread, guys have to throw by hand, and yes tires always go flat. We need good spreaders for all our walks this year.
