Los Pacos Oaxaca is just north of El Centro. You can get a free tasting of 7 moles where staff explains ingredients of each. Then pick your favorite three for dinner for about $350 pesos. It was very good quality and great service.

I went to Oaxaca last year para dia de los muertos and ate at some restaurants there of course, but I wasn't able to eat at any of the restaurants in this list. I still of course enjoyed my meals and this just means I have to come back!! Oaxaca City is truly captivating and I can't wait to go back.
