Hello, like the video and your all videos are useful for throwers like me who don’t have specific coach . You told about the standing throw, half throw, South African throw , full throw , heavy weights throw. I think there are different reasons, focusing points for each type of throw. Please guide us about that , I would like you to request to make videos on it . Thanks

Do you mean how far? My best training throw lately is 54.35m or 178'4"

This is great, thanks. May I ask a question please? I lift three times a week and would like to know the optimal placement for my throwing sessions, should I avoid the day after weight training or does it not really matter?

I'd think it definitely matters but I am struggling with a similar issue myself of planning multiple training sessions. That's why I'm here lol

This schedule is same for girls and boys?... Throwing session is three days in a week? What is the mean of oF throw.. Sir

Yes, same for boy or girl. Throwing session is two days a week for weeks 1-2 then three days for weeks 3-4 OF= Overweight Full throws, which are throws with the discus that is heavier than regulation Sorry this is four years late lol
