DISHWASHER REPAIR: How to Remove the Upper Rack Rails on Your Dishwasher | FIX.com

The Upper Rack Rails connect to the dishwasher cabinet and allow the dish rack to slide in and out. If they're damaged, you'll likely notice that either the rack has trouble sliding in and out, or the rack appears to be hanging loosely in the cabinet. This video will show you how to locate and remove a damaged rack rail, so you can replace it with a new one.
