This brings back such joyous memories of standing still while all the other guests were walking past me, staring at the organ playing all by itself, the most joyous sound in all of Disneyland, when I was a child. As an adult I would always walk up those steps to enjoy that tune...Until one day when the Swiss family Robinson no longer lived there, new tenant being Tarzan. How I missed that tune - until now! I feel so happy hearing that organ playing the tune (all by itself) again.

Swiss family Robinson was one of my favorite childhood movies and even today I still love it. whenever I watch the DVD of this movie and the scene comes on when Fritz and Ernest start fighting over Roberta I always think: maybe the mother should not have made Roberta look so beautiful.

Way back in the day (maybe 1962) my grandparents took me on our first trip to Disneyland. Now I loved Swiss Family very much and especially this particular piece (I never knew the title until just now). On Main Street there was a store that sold soundtrack albums and some sheet music. I asked if they had the music to this and they did not. I was crushed. However, I was also a piano student and when we returned to Rhode Island, I bellied up to our blonde spinet and this figured out in mere minutes. It sucked on piano and when I final received an organ. . .then I could do it justice. Thanx so for posting this!!!!
