Actually, there is. Right now Gina Carano is likely going to win her lawsuit against them for discrimination in firing her over what is a neutral take on politics even though politics aren't a valid reason to be fired. Then Disney just settled for a pay-related lawsuit in CA which most of the money from Deadpool and Wolverine paid for and will be forking out for Gina. They are not going to learn until they are forced into bankruptcy or people like Elon reach out and actually buy Disney and then gut it down. For now, we have to wait and see. At the moment, their recent release of the teaser trailer for the Fantastic Four SEEMS like they have dropped the woke nonsense but obviously, projects like this don't fix it. They managed to destroy the very last major IP that internationally is loved by fans by forcing black characters in when they're white and thegender-bendingg them as well. If you do decide to watch Disney stuff, wait until it comes out and go sail on the high seas as a pirate to claim your booty without repercussions financially helping them out.

Disney has screwed up. Born in 76, I have been a lifelong Star Wars fanatic. I played all the video games, had all the toys, read all the books, etc. I dressed up in costume for midnight premieres of the prequels (and even loved and defended them). I tolerated the sequels and tried to defend them. But Disney has made me hate Star Wars so much that I haven’t even been watching the old stuff. Congrats D+

If their shows had been genuinely good and added to the universes well, then they would be sucessful, but the fact they have been handing the shows and movies over to hacks instead of genuine talent, causing no end of brand damage to these properties on top of having no actual plans for the direction of the properties, example Marvel could of truly openned up the multiverse and have different verisons of the cast encounter each other or be used as a excuse to bring in other villians without having to come up with origin stories, while Star Wars dropped the ball pretty much from the start

Most of those Disney+ subscribers are only there because they got it free with some promo or discounted at least. I paid for a full year highest tier and maybe watched 5 movies in that time. Disney+ I think now is just viewed as a place to watch the classic Disney movies and shows. Mufasa and Moana 2 were sub par.

I used to say that disney's destruction of the Star Wars franchise was an all-time, epic business failure that would be studied in business and marketing classes in future decades. But that all-time, epic business failure may end up just looking like one piece of the even more epic destruction of disney as a media company, particularly as we are not far removed from the time when it seemed like disney might rule the media world. Empires rise and fall like the tides, especially when said empires are run by dumb asses.

100% doesn’t mean perfect. It’s like the classic Toy Story dilemma. It doesn’t mean the material is rated 100/100. It just means it seemed like it was at least a 6/10 to 100% of reviewers. This used to piss me off, when RottenTomatoes famously had Rugrats in L.A. as a higher % than freaking Gladiator, but then I grew up. Someday you will too.

Disney simply has NOTHING to offer people these days, parents aren't putting their kids in front of anything Disney without checking it first or knowing that its actually good from their childhood, people aren't taking their kids to the movies as much, what was the film that got people exicted back at Christmas, Sonic 3, a Paramount film, made by people who care about the source and having a great comical actor in the lead role, Disney's movie, they had to cheat to win but then the film has likely not broken even, while Sonic already broke even and made a profit enough to green light a fourth film and have people guessing what might happen in that film and what the plot will be! Meanwhile, Lucasfilm is struggling to get a single movie off the ground, while Marvel is trying to find their way back and regain the trust of audiences, yet they likely spent far to much money to have any profitable films, all the while, the parks are being nelected in favor of a failing streaming service and anything they want to do in the parks outside of fixing broken attractions, is met with scorn, so the company's biggest problem is the fact they refuse to acknowledge their failures and attempt to side step them and just kick the can down the road instead of picking it up, yet that can only go on for so long and its about time they picked up the can and stop beating around the bush!

The only way disney might survive is to 1. Fire Iger. he is totally responsible for all that has gone wrong at disney 2. Disney is going to be broken up under anti monopoly law and will be losing Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, ABC, ESPN, the Muppets and every other acquisition. Disney will be making a U-turn all the way back to the 1960s when I take it over and make it great again. Disney needs to do something seriously fast to turn this around, and I feel that they need to stop putting out new things and go back to showing the order stuff that people are more familiar with. Rerun everything from the early 2,000's and on back. Even if it means going as far back as the original Mickey Mouse club. But of course, they wouldn't do anything like that. It's unheard of. The older Marvel programs like Bill Bixby's Incredible Hulk, Spider-Man, and the cartoons that were on air back then. At least these are a tremendously better quality programming than what they are making today. It'll take years, if not decades, to come up with something that will equal the 50's and 60's programs. This includes the animated movies. Just a suggestion.

Diseny use to make good show for kids. I remember the 1990s with Disney afternoon. even in the late 2000s for Disney channel was making so good shows. they knew there audience and tried to make stuff for them. Disney does so many stupid things. It would have been easy as hell for them to present themselves as a buffet. That way the success of each item on the table solely depends on the desirability of people who like that kind of stuff. And if something is on the buffet that doesn't get consumed well then it only causes problems for you with that one single dish. No Disney decided to make one big bowl of steaming soup. And not many people like it. If it had been the buffet their business I think would still be thriving and stronger than ever. I mean what kind of person would only cook for one of their children and forced whatever the one liked upon all the others.

Disney needs to hire the writers from projects such as Knights of the old Republic, & and do a CGI series with those stories from the game & the novels. I can remember those CGI cut scenes from those Knights of the old Republic & they were years ahead of their time & the stories were immaculate!! Disney has much better CGI technology now, so they should be able to do some amazing graphics but it’s all nothing without good writers and a great story !!
