Right now, I don't want ANY movie classic from Disney made into a live action film. Because of the woke casting choices. Honestly: would you like a black Merida? But that would probably happen. I am no racist, my best friends are of colour, but the COLORBLIND casting in Hollywood makes me sick. They should rather do a live action of Pocahontas and finally cast historically correct cast, meaning to cast indigenous actors/actresses.

@@smilingwomen3841 You do know that Ariel is in fact an old European fairytale called "The Little Mermaid" which was also Disney's Title. It is set in old Copenhagen. I find it alarming that we we talk of cultural abdomination but don't care for European historical background any longer, as long as Hollywood can serve the Woke Community. This not right. What do children learn about history? That it never existed? In order to deal with the pain that has been caused, we need to face the truth and not reject it.
