We love visiting the resorts during our trips! They are a wonderful break from the parks and each one is unique and beautiful. I’m so happy to see the cast members inside the gingerbread house! When it first opened this year, they were selling from a table next to the house. Happy Holidays Jackie ❤️

I live in California and 65 degrees is cold! At least for us in Cali and Florida! Stay warm. Lovely video as always. I always like the beginning and the end of your videos because of the b roll and the music. It creates a beautiful mood.

Lol! Iowan here. It’s 55 out and all of our windows and doors are open. It’s wild how acclamation to certain environments really affects your tolerance to temperature change. When we came down last fall there was a 30 degree temp difference from day to night and it really got us!!

I can see how 65 is considered cold. I would love a temp like that in Indiana but if it's overcast or if there is a wind, it can bring on the goosebumps

Hey Jackie, my Uncle used to play the drums in the Grand Floridian Society Orchestra! They were an amazing group who I enjoyed listening to, especially around the holidays.. Unfortunately, the pandemic came and they were all let go. As of now, there is no plans to bring them back which is a shame.

My wife and I always stay there @ the GF. We love Christmas at the hotel. RIP Richard Gerth the GF greeter. When I first went to the GF there use to be birds in the lobby bird cage and a little old lady would take care of them. The shingles are great with coffee and fireworks at night. Send me a box of shingles please. Thanks Jackie.

Never heard a Red Hawk till last Fall, but I could only hear it "screech" but not see it in trees. It sounded like a bald eagle. Then read on Google that movies and TV shows use the screech from the Red Hawk to use for sound of eagle. Weird huh?

The pizzas and the cheeseburgers that Gasparilla’s makes are actually super good, and made to order! They used to be open 24 hours, isn’t that just crazy to think of!?!? Maybe one day again! Watching the fireworks over there isn’t too shabby either - good got little kids who need to be far away from the noise ☺️

We were just at the Floridian for Thanksgiving day to see the gingerbread house and decorations and we went into Basin as well, love that store ! It was so festive in there With the piano music and gorgeous trees . I’m from a very cold climate and moved here last year and it’s a different kind of cold here , it’s a damp cold and I was surprised how cool it gets ! We did Night of a million lights last night after watching your video and it was so wonderful ( and cold ) thanks for your videos !! That robe looked soooo nice and comfy! ❤️
