The fair I tend to go to has one that's a bratwurst and beer batter, and another one that is a pretzel dog that's baked and put on a stick, on another note there's a corn dog maker that's pretty much a waffle maker for corn dogs, there is one I've been wanting to make and it's a mini cornbread loaf that has a beer brats and sauteed mushrooms and onions in the center. Sorry for the long message I just love to cook and bake.
