We went to Disney and Disney Sea at Tokyo a couple of years ago and it was AMAZING!!! We went during the week and not on the holidays, so it was waaaaaaay more quiet than in your videos!! We just got back from a trip to the USA where we went to Disneyland in LA and Disney World in Orlando, and without a doubt the Tokyo Disney parks were MUCH better! Even though they were all amazing of course lol. We vlogged our trip in a series for our honeymoon if anyone is keen on seeing them all :)
@RenataPereiraTV5 жыл бұрын
Very cool tha tyou've gotten to see them all. In your opinion, what made the Tokyo parks better?😃
@theadventuresofzoomandbettie5 жыл бұрын
@@RenataPereiraTV I think a lot of it had to do with the other people in our surroundings (other people visiting the park). The Japanese were a bit more courteous to the strangers around them. There also wasn't a leaf out of place, it was very surreal. Every cast member in Japan would wave at you as you went by, and although the American cast members were lovely, it wasn't quite to the same degree as the Japanese. It may very well also be that the Tokyo parks were our first Disney experience, and I suppose it's hard to replicate the feeling of your first time. Hard to know :) Which park is your fav?

You can also drink tap water in the US, and water is free in most restaurants. But in Japan I guess the water culture is more upfront, especially at Disney, while in the US you have to ask and go looking for drinking fountains.

Hi! I m Japanese! Did u spend good time? I hope u like Tokyo Disneysea😁 I live in Chiba,and I love Disney. I bought year pass😅 Last year I went to Disneyland and Sea 30 time lol If u come to Japan next time, u have to go Disneyland! Disneyland will be open new area in April! This area has Beauty and the beast,and Baymax's attractions. But maybe they makes so long lines... Oh, also Disneyland and Sea has app. You can take a fastpass in app,app can see how long the lines, show time and u can do shopping. One carful thing is almost attractions can't take a video and photos... You have to check. If someone has opportunity to go to Disneyland or Disneysea, I hope everyone can spent amazing time!!

Thank you so much for the information. We would like to visit Disneyland Tokyo. Would be fun to compare but I bet long lines for the new attractions😃 What is your favorite attraction?
@さやか-l7r5 жыл бұрын
Renata Pereira Thank you for reply!! Yeah... If it is possible, you should be stay a hotel.(Disneyland hotel, Ambassador hotel or Tokyo Disney Celebration hotel. Celebration hotel is cheapest.But you have to go Disneyland by bus😅 ) These hotel can enter 15min earlier than nomal time to go to the Disney land or Disneysea. So, you can take the fastpass easier than nomal. My favorite attraction is Splash Mountain😁 Because story is fanny and we can wet haha Summer time is so nice! But everytime make a long line...You should take the FASTPASS.Also my recommend attraction is Monsters,Inc.Ride & go seek! , Star tours ,Pirates of the Caribbean And It's a small world. Monsters inc is “hide and seek” game. You will use a light! I can't good explain...Anyway,If you want more information,you can research at the Disney resort website😉 Star tours is a 3D and move attraction. This attraction is speaking Japanese...But so real and nice😂 (Not recommend for who get motion sickness) This attraction make a line. But not too long . 15min~50min. Pirates of the Caribbean is go slowly on a boat. This is English attraction! And this is also real!! This attraction doesn't make long line! Always 15min~40min. Finaly, It's a small world is go slowly on a boat .This attraction is about of "the world is small" many countries people sing a song and lot of Disney characters dolls in there😁 This attraction was renewal opened last year's April. Sorry for long reply😣 I m glad, if it help for you😬 I m sorry because my English is not good😅 But if you have any questions, please ask me anything😉 Thank you.

@RenataPereiraTV4 жыл бұрын
Ahhhh! Que legal, Lais! Obrigada 😘😘! Bjs e aproveita!

Were the restaurant menus translated to English on the app you were using?
@RenataPereiraTV3 жыл бұрын
Hi Marianne, the app was only for the rides, there were no menus. I guess only the official app would have that. In the restaurants yes, the menus were in both languages

I have have been to Disney in Los Angeles and Orlando and assume both at equal to Tokyo Disneyland. Having said that both are great fun. It's been described as Disneyland geared to younger people and Disney Sea more to older. I hope that helps

@@RenataPereiraTV By the way Renata your info is spot on. The Japanese are the most savvy theme park goers in the world. Another unadvertised single rider line is splash mountain in Tokyo Disneyland.

I am in love with you two's personality. Have you become a host family for exchange students in your life? I can tell if you do, you're going to make a great great host family and make students fell in love with you also and make them have the happiest life experience being with you♡♡♡ I was an exchange student once long time ago and met two families. I experienced the both best and the worst. Anyway, thank you for sharing your happiness with us!! Love from Okinawa💝

When I went to Tokyo DisneySea/ Disneyland... i was surprised how cheaper the tickets were. I live in California and wow... the fact it’s half the price and gets cheaper if you decide to go later in the day is crazy. I noticed though that their rides aren’t as thrilling compared to other Disney Parks. I mean they’re beautifully amazingly detailed and themed perfectly but in California the drops and dips are more steeper, higher and faster. But i still enjoyed :) and I won the Big Band Bead lottery too my first time! I enjoyed your video!
@RenataPereiraTV5 жыл бұрын
How cool! I lived in California for many years as well, and yes, the price difference immediately caught my attention 😃. Interesting that I didn't notice the difference in the drops... Maybe it's been a long time since my last visit to Disneyland! All the best!

You could perhaps attribute that to how more expressive Western cultures are in comparison to the East, and how much more stimulative experiences the average person has in their everyday lives... hmm

@RenataPereiraTV5 жыл бұрын
Hi Laura! No, you can get another one before. In the bottom of your ticket it says the exact time you can get your next fastpass (in my case it was 10:29 am, and at 10:30 am I already got the 2nd one). My first fastpass ride was scheduled for early afternoon
