Disney has a policy of not declaring someone dead on its property. According to some sources, if a guest or employee is injured or dies on the premises, Disney will transport them to a nearby hospital or medical facility before declaring them deceased. This is done to avoid any potential negative impact on the park’s image or reputation.

I once had a co-worker who worked security at the "Happiest" (?) place on Earth. He said the powers-that-be treat their employees like garbage. One night, near 1am, the safety manager put on a show of how to use a slim-jim, and the rod fell through the car-door. Not sure why he chose an '89 Jaguar.

There's a reason why they put SEATBELTS in golf carts. Does DL require their employees to wear seatbelts? I bet so! Bet reckless driving was involved as well.
