I love the horse drawn trolley bench you mentioned. Last week I got on it for a quick ride down main street. But they were changing horses at the opposite end. So I got to sit on the trolley for about 20 minutes parked in front of the castle just watching people go by. Great Disney time

One of my favorite benches at Disneyland is near what used to be the entrance to Aladdin's Oasis. I'm not sure what it is today, or even if the bench is still there. I just remember lots of trees nearby. Very relaxing. I'm planning on going to Disneyland in mid-October. I hope you're there then! It'd be awesome to see you!

I’d love to see “playing checkers on Tom Sawyer Island” mentioned on one of these lists. Maybe “Activities you didn’t know you could do at Disney” you could also include playing games with characters or requesting songs of the pirate band. My brother requested “blow the man down” and they played all seven verses and four choruses. It was awesome!

The most recent benches I found to be relaxing is in Toon Town, next to Goofys playhouse, with the canopy trees and nice breeze. Surprisingly pretty quiet and nice place to put up our feet.

That was actually a very important video. I love ALL those benches but one you didn't mention that was REALLY good is the one by the first aid building. It has shade and you can see characters coming and going from that gate right where you are sitting. Great benches. For all us old farts, benches are a must have. And BOY HOWDEE, I love your great sock, shoes and tie!! AND you still have something on your face!! It's starting to grow on me. I think of all the benches I liked the son of a bench the best!!

Heyy Provost~!! Fun fact about the flagpole in Main Street. The base of flagpole was originally from downtown LA. The man in charge of the decoration of Main Street(cant think of his name rn) was driving down downtown LA and saw a car accident at a streetlamp on Wilshire Blvd, he got out of his car and asked if he could take that streetlamp base. Thats right! The flagpole base is actually a from a streetlamp. 🎩🎩🎩

Love this video topic! Such a great choice since Walt was inspired to make Disneyland while sitting on a bench. 😀👍 Speaking of benches, the popsicle stick benches that were a part of A Bug's Land at California Adventure are now a part of Mickey's Toontown near Gadget's Go- Coaster. Fits with the theme since Gadget created the coaster by using random everyday objects. Keep up the fantastic work! 😃✨

Main street bench is a great place to watch parade and/or fireworks. After it's over you can get out of the park before the herd and be in your hotel room or pool while everyone else is stuck in the wildebeest migration. This tip was in my book, "My Disney Side" on amazon books.

So I just left yesterday Walt Disney's home town of Marceline , MO. I will be posting a video up when I get back home in about a week. I hope you do read all your comments. So, if you have ever traveled the Midwest (My wife and I moved out here from L.A. 2 years ago) and have seen any of the towns here you would be crushed. Main St. USA looks like every other town in the mid west, the museum was done by volunteers. I am a pressed penny collector and travel the mid west for strange pressed penny's but when I hit this town and was hoping for Walt to jump out at me... it was sad. :( I will be at Disneyland next Tuesday and if you want to see photos of his town I would be glad to show you. Let me know.
