Thank you very much- I am trying to save my gallbladder- severe pain in it- its gallstones which I know where cause by being on PPI's for a long time. Moved to digestive enzymes with HCI and transition is hard but better for the body. Will incorporate all you have said in this video. Appreciate your insights very much!

High Carb Low Fat diet caused my gallstones. Once I added fat to my diet, initially it hurt really bad, but once the stones passed, I don't have the pain anymore unless I go back to a high carb diet.

@@CrouchingSoldier Of course I cannot be for sure if it is gallstones passing but I do occasionally feel a slight sharp but manageable pain on the right side of my abdomen that is very temporary that I do attribute to gallstones. Funny thing is I stopped eating more fats recently and I this pain started again, but not as bad.

@@CrouchingSoldier thanks, yeah I did, it was disgusting and when I looked on the content detail on the bottle (not in the listing!) it contained stevia, and that was all I could taste throughout and put me right off.. Now I just use it for stews and soups, as it was quite expensive!

The magnesium malate is for reducing stones . Just started trying this. I was juicing w/ Royal Gala apples , ( source of malate is from apples and a juicier variety). I was told if you want to avoid the high sugar content of apple juices( I juice the apples), take magnesium malate. Can be researched. Dr. Berg/ you tube discusses this.
