wow did I need this. Thank you Megan! I've been in indecision for a little over two years and was in my head too much. My body has felt heavy and my stomach has been bigger. I feel my extra weight on my stomach has been protecting me out of fear. My aunt did reiki on me a couple months ago and stated my heart and mind are very disconnected and my mind is steering the ship. I've continued in stuffiness and unhappiness. I now feel so much lighter and I know what I need to do. Much love and healing to you and all who view this healing.
