And after several albums of this sound, this is why everyone was so completely shocked when Sound of Silence came out. I love his range and that he started showing more of his vocal capabilities later in his career. Stricken is another favorite in this style. If you like the smoother version of his voice, here are some others: the Light, A Reason To Fight, Hold Onto Memories, If I Ever Lose My Faith In You. A more recent favorite of mine that came out in 2022, I think, is a duet with the great rock goddess from Heart, Ann Wilson - Don't Tell Me. It's the only guest voice they've ever had on an album. They really take on some tough topics and if you want to see an example of that, check the video for Inside The Fire. Trigger warning, the topic is su!c!de and it's an extremely graphic video based on an experience David had as a teenager and the survivor's guilt that went with it.

Hello Emma, you always bring us good Music. I like the Songs from Disturbed. The Voice of David Draiman is really great. The Cover of SOUND OF SILENCE is awesome, but you should listen the Cover of LAND OF CONFUSION from Genesis. And the Song THE LIGHT is one of my Favorites. And there is a Video on YT which shows how nice David Draiman is. He talks to to a Family at a Concert because there little Daughter was scared by the Show. You should really watch this Video because it really heartwarming. I can´t tell you my favorite Band or Singer.I love a lot of different Music and i can not decide. But i love the 80s.
