Kelly (2nd story) is doing what they always do...the worst of the worst do the most violent crimes, cause lives to be lost and/or changed forever for the worst.... then the convict will smile and then plead NGDTROI. Not Guilty Due To Reason Of Insanity. Disgusting. I believe an eye for an eye. DEATH in this case. Until then? 23:45 hour lockdown everyday until he is burned up or worm food.

Pro tip. Use classic style safety razors like Merkur. You can get the blades for as little as 10 to 15 cents each, and they give you near straight razor closeness. They're super easy to use as well, and you can get them with adjustable blade holders.

We have something similar in the UK called Clares Law. So if you suspect your partner of potentially being abusive, or even the partner of someone you know, you can make a referral to the police and they will look into the partners past to see if the person has had any DV police involvement in the past and let the other partner know. Named after a woman called Clare who was violently abused and murdered by her ex-partner. Worth looking up EDIT: it just came up in the video towards the end of the first story!

There was an older lady locked out of her house screaming bloody murder on my street due to dementia and I didn’t hear her for about 15 minutes due to having headphones on. When I finally heard her I invited her in and got her the help she needed. I was absolutely shocked that nobody else heard her screams and decided to help her. Ur Mum - Because it was completely applicable as well as accurate, regardless if we are men or not (although as a man it is naturally MORE concerning to know others react this way under NPD) -- this particular psychological pattern of violence exists and people should be fully aware and concerned. Even my family has had a brush with this issue and it's how we became familiar. Had nearly the same thing happen to me as part 1 with Stephen Carr. My ex tried to rekindle things years later, but when I had second thoughts, told me I "wasn't allowed" to leave his apartment anymore. I explained to him that, since I didn't live there, he could choose not to allow me back in, but he couldn't keep a grown woman against her will. He held up a baggie of pot and told me if I called 911 or screamed for help, he would tell them I was a drug addict and have me arrested (it's 7 years in prison for possession) so he could keep me in jail instead, too stupid to realize we'd both be charged. Broke my phone in half and then my $300 glasses (I'm very blind.) Dragged me by the hair when I tried to climb over the balcony and jump into bushes from the 3rd story. I kept telling him I did not want to hit him but I would if he did not keep his hands off; that's when I saw him grabbing duct tape and was like NOPE THAT AIN'T HAPPENING. Reached for the first thing I could grab, which was a coffee mug, and slammed it down on his head; didn't even break, but his hands went limp with the first blow. Somehow he managed to grab my purse over my shoulder; luckily the strap broke. My last view of him was him bellowing, "NOOOO, COME BAAACK!" in the hallway, in a deep voice I barely recognized. He was hunched over like Jack Nicholson chasing and screaming for Danny in _The Shining,_ a trickle of blood running down his face as he reached a hand out in vain. I ran in blind fear, throwing his bag of pot in the sewer, as his crazed screams continued in the distance. This time, they were cries for help, as a crazed woman had just attacked him. No idea where I was or how long I ran for. Finally a police officer stopped me. He threw handcuffs on me and drove me back to the scene. I kept begging them not to put my ex in the back of the police car with me, as I was terrified. Even after he admitted to kidnaping and felonious restraint, all he got were stitches. Because I was a "pot junkie" I was booked into jail and charged with assault. It was a humid 90 degree July night and I was told by different police, within minutes of one another, that they could tell "I had just used" and "I know you're having withdrawal the way you're sweating." $6,000 (I had to borrow from my parents) later, I successfully avoided 18 months in county; if I took it to trial my lawyer demanded at least 10k up front, and in that county, public defenders are not appointed for misdemeanors, even though the state constitution clearly says, "Any violation that could result in incarceration as a penalty" entitles indigent defendants to one. Could've threatened to charge him with worse if he didn't drop my case, but I didn't know better; my lawyer advised me against making any contact, but this was only so he would get paid. I know I could've, should've, would've, but I didn't know better. It took me 7 years of being refused all but the most menial, low-paying jobs because typing my name into Google showed my mugshot. Finally, the site's owner was found out, and I was able to get my photo, for a crime I was never even convicted, off the Internet.

There seems to be a lot of KZbinrs who don't know how The United States court system works. If you are poor you are a pointed a public defender. A public defender will ALWAYS tell you to plead not guilty in the beginning. If you plead guilty in the beginning you get the harshest sentence possible. What the Public defender wants is for the prosecutor to come back with a plea deal. Now if the defendant does not take any of the pleas leading up to trial, and they are found guilty at trial, the will receive the harshest sentence possible, mainly for dragging out and wasting the courts time.

How funny was Iron Mike when he defaulted to apologizing when first asked about that monster he took a pic with. It woulda made a great skit if it weren’t for those utter dregs of life who only preyed on innocent people.

I really liked the visual material you put together, along with the spectacular job that you do narrating and writing up these videos. Your personal thoughts/tone also adds a very human element to the tales without dominating or disrespecting the victims (I've actually seen narrators on YT who did this).

Usually, at an arraignment, a judge will only accept a non guilt plea. even if you try to plead guilty, the judge won’t accept it. It doesn’t mean it will go to trial, he may accept a plea deal later down the line, but it’s so incredibly rare that someone will plead guilty at arraignment and a judge will accept it. That’s just how the justice system works, in the US at least.

I was swindled by a man named "Carr" only in a very small way, but damaging nonetheless. I gave to him some money and said, "Give, to me, your bestselling merchandise." Instead, he dumped onto me the merchandise that he had been unable to sell. This hurted my sales and wasted much time, and, along with another man swindling the same way, all of it forced me to quit.
