I still remember the moment I knew I fucked up during my committee. I said the wrong thing, but I was being honest and I do believe they took it at face value instead of understanding what I meant. They asked if I would do the "wrong act" again, and I said I couldn't say for certain that I wouldn't. They said that meant i wasnt determined enough to stop, but I tried to explain that the reality was that I wanted to stop me than anything in the world but didn't know how. But it didn't matter. I said the wrong thing and it spelled my doom. So fresh out of a 6 week stint at the psych ward and a suicide attempt I found my whole world torn from under me. I'm grateful everyday that I was able to survive that, and videos like this are so gratifying. I didn't suffer alone, and there are people out there who see this bullshit for what it is and are calling it out. ✊🏽 right on! Lol

When there was a committee, I was asked the same thing, to which I replied that I can't say 100% that I will never do it again, since this addiction is very strong and it takes a lot of time to get out of it. Theybhsve no idea how to diagnosis whatva person might have n need. Much more is needed than reading a few bible texts n consulting a elders book n follow procedure. These professionals spend at least 4yrs in uni to get a degree. Then continually have to do workshops etc to keep a top of their field. Again I hope u have been able to rebuild your life. Or at least your getting there a day advance time. I have fond memories of my judicial meeting. I hadn't gone to meetings in almost three years, grew my hair long, bought a sports car and someone saw me shooting pool with my buddy who was df'd (he actually did some terrible things but never ever involved me and we hung out nearly every night) so i brought my friend to the meeting as my witness to testify that we never ever associate with each other. Elders didn't think it was funny and made him wait outside. I read them the Proverb that says a real friend will stick closer than a brother. I said you guys are supposed to be my brothers and i haven't heard from you in years, whereas my friend has been amazing to me, very generous, respectful and had been there for me so go f yourselves. I appealed for the heck of it and that chairman was a longtime family friend. About a month later my grandpa died and i went to the Kingdom Hall funeral and that guy walked up to me with a big smile to shake my hand and introduce himself to me. As someone who has given birth several times, I knew I was pregnant all 4 times, including the miscarriage I had when I was 10. I know it before the pregnancy tests could tell.
