I want to say I'm glad how you guys aren't afraid to put down attractions. I listen to MANY Disney podcasts and I often hear the hosts give raving reviews about attractions that I think are a waste of time. I've heard the "Up Bird Experience" at AK given so many positive reviews. And I always think to myself, "Really??? You actually like that?" So it's just nice to hear that I'm not crazy for not loving every Disney attraction. Thanks for all you do!

I used to be an adamant anti-Laugh Floor person, but during my Disney College Program last year, I decided to give it another chance. Honestly? I love it now. Yeah, the scripted bits are dopey, and I think they all know that. But now they roast audience members between the scripted bits, and honestly as a CM visiting on my days off, I loved seeing guests get roasted for the dumb things they do. I've seen them call people out for falling asleep during the attraction and dig into families for wearing matching T shirts. Moments like those are the reasons I will go to the Laugh Floor.

What I think is to Charles' point, and it is something people should be mindful of, is Laugh Floor intensifies a lot of the issues people with anxiety have about audience participation attractions. The big problem I have, especially as someone who struggles in sudden social interactions, is Laugh Floor has virtually no safe place for you. Some of the shows at Disney at have ways in which you can "opt-out" while still being able to enjoy the show, but that is not the case with Laugh Floor.

Every show is the same, including the Laugh Floor. We visit every to to three years, and we watch shows like "It's Tough to be a Bug" and the Laugh Floor not for original content but to re-experience the fun, like Muppet 3D. It's unfair to knock the Laugh Floor for being the same. So is Rockin Roller Coaster. So is Splash Mountain. And we still love them all.

Hopper looks great but the show assaults the audience with stink bug, a spray of “acid”, stabbing guests in the back, filling the room with “bug spray”, raining spiders on the guests that get surprisingly close, and then the bugs running under your butt just when you think it’s over. My family and I went to AK when it first opened in 1998 and we went on the Bugs Life attraction. As a 7 year old, I was completely terrified. I cried throughout the whole thing. My family (along with my BIL and husband) went to AK in 2017 after several years of not visiting this park because we never felt like there was much to do and they all were like, "Let's go do Bugs Life" and I was like "...I'm going to go do the single riders line at Everest." I am STILL completely traumatized by the Bugs Life attraction. I will never go on that again! (I also really didn't like the Honey I Shrunk the Kids attraction at MGM... Tough to be a Bug needs replacing at this point. I would wake up and look around & counted 18 surrounding sleeping adults😂😂😂 (imagine if I had also counted the sleeping babies/kids what the total would be!) When you are hot...40 minutes is way too long to be stuck in this show. If your goal is to rest your feet & eyes and cool off that's about what it is good for. The mix of way too long, and cool atmosphere makes it a sleeper😉
