You look amazing!!! You look strong, lean, & healthy!! I've been watching you for yearsss and as a mama myself of a 1 1/2 yr old, it's cool to see you transform after having kids. 75* is too hot when you're exercising in the direct sun. My daughter and I walk the hills (basically San Bruno Mt. ) daily, and it gets warm!!! Got our panasonic carb maker (aka rice maker) out every night. Holy cow, Wyatt is growing up. Starting school this year? Our daughter is starting later this month!

Yes!! He’s starting public school at the end of the month. He’s very excited to make new friends and we’re excited we’ll be saving 1200 a month 😅

Hi Jenny I’m a ophthalmologist from China, now I’m in residency year 3, just wanna know how did you balance the time (work and home) , it a hard problem for me.

You continue to look more healthy and strong with each video! I want to start tracking macros but I don’t want to be hyper focused on calories and numbers. Additionally, I think I have a bit of a disordered relationship with eating and often times binge to relieve tense emotions. Any advice on having a better relationship with food?

When I track, I look at it with the mindset of eating enough rather than eating a little as possible. On days that work is really stressful, I use binge eat a lot … so basically like three days a week 😅 now I’m a lot more aware of my trigger and do something else that I know makes me feel good like walking, listening to music, dance, brush summer. Making sure I eat enough during the day also helps me not binge at night. Ultimately, it’s healing our relationship with food. Food is not good or bad, it has no moral value, it just gives me fuel to do the things I want to ❤️

Yes! Lots of exercises to strength the core. But if we want our waist to look smaller then but comes down to fat loss.
