It seems one of my problems is that I have sticky Eustachian tubes, and I do not what to do, also if I try the balloon there is no way for me to move the air from mouth to nose with glottis closed

can you move the air from nose to mouth, it is a bit easier :-)

Please tell me what to do: Every time I start freediving, after few dives somehow my eustachian tubes begins to clog.It is imposible to continue and I feel loss of hearing, noise, cracking and many unpleasant things for next 2-3 days.In the begining I feel my eustachian tubes clean and I have no idea what is hapening. Also every time in the begining my upper sinuses are clogged and I feel strong pain in my forehead until few dives and some blood in my nose and mask. Much appreciation

sounds like every dive you push your EQ too hard and your soft tissues get inflamed (this is why it is possible to dive only a couple of times)...Don't dive until you learn how to EQ properly. Also, check your sinuses with proper doctor
