With all the hate and criticism Liza received here in the Philippines, I am glad she got invited to DIVE studios and able to talk about her experience and concerns in her career without being criticize. I love that Ashley and Peniel kind of understand Liza's perspective in her career and that she wants a change, you know, stepping out of her comfort zone and exploring more. We all know K-artists got it hard and they understand Liza more than Filipino people themselves. Some call her "walang utang na loob" like "ungrateful" of the people she have worked before in her acting career when she just want a change and not to be in a "love team" anymore. I'm glad she's away from toxic people in real life and social media.

Many people still throwing hate at this girl for being a woman who knows what to do. Calling her ungrateful for throwing shades at the industry who made her a star when all she does is telling what is truth and this what haters are afraid the most- when they hear facts that doesn't align to what they believe in. If she remains as a puppet of the same people just to please them she would've stayed as a beautiful and angelic girl who's known all over the place but now that she realized that herself matters the most more than anyone else, everyone may get angry but she's amazing. Yes, this girl will preach her testimony over and over again just so you know that she won't get tired to open your eyes to what your idols are going through. I'm so proud of Liza for speaking up about the toxic system of Love Teams here in the Philippines. And sometimes 'fans' are now going overboard. It's so true that LT sometimes limit the actors capabilities, and hinders them to discover themselves. First is the fanservice - it makes me feel so uncomfortable when interviewers ask LT if they have crush on each other, or are they already in a relationship like they just paired up a month ago. People needs to stop fantasizing actors and actresses, stop deciding for them, they're their own person don't dictate them what to do and what to feel.

Liza has been receiving a lot of hate for the past few weeks in the PH just because she wants to step out of her comfort zone and try something new, which for me means boldness. She's been bashed as being "ungrateful" that only reflects how toxic those people are. She says it right when she wants to try new genres, like The Glory, My Name, etc. It says a lot of her being a true artist, being hungry for her craft. She made the right decision to appear on this show because as the name say, Get Real, she can be super real voicing out her thoughts and feelings.

Liza is so witty and beautiful. She literally has the whole package. I don't really know much about her but I think I've became a fan starting today XD
@jane1619 Жыл бұрын
What's interesting with her answers are the truth behind it. Like, you wouldn't really realize how stagnant the Filipino showbiz has become unless someone says it outloud. Fo sure actors also knows this, for sure there's a lot of them who would like to do varieties of project and not stick with what they're doing for years. We're so behind compared to how vast showbiz can cover. So, hopefully younger actors and producers would take action for the entertainment industry.

I love how real Liza was when sharing her thoughts about the love team culture here. I personally get bored easily when I see the same artists together in several projects. And I think that's one of the charms of a kdrama. You hardly see a kdrama with the same lead cast regardless of their popularity, unless it's for a sequel.

I appreciate how Liza got on DIVE to talk about all that stuff of the Philippine entertainment. The real vs. reel toxicity of the loveteam phenomenon is exactly why I wrote a paper about it in college and unfortunately there's not enough discourse about it.

I haven't watched all get real episodes but I think this is one of the most insightful honest realistic interviews here. I mean just look at peniel's and ashley's faces. they paused for a second like "are we in trouble?" ps. I think liza can really be part of the dive studios friend group. 🥰🥰

I'm so proud of Liza bringing this love team Topic.. Because I have been watching and analyzing the Phillipines film industry for almost 4-5 years, and it really gets me,how the themes of being in love team is the only way to success, and if not they are not welcomed by public.. Liza said it precisely and to the point, she doesn't hesitate to bring the Topic, that I always wanted the stars to talk about.. I really love Phillipines movies but this ideas is toxic and harming for actors..

Thank you Dive Studios for having Liza. Sad to know that she was not feeling well during the session. Such a lovely, articulate and honest woman. She didn't mention but for 8 years now, she is a hall of famer in TC Candler's Most Beautiful Face in the World. A lot of things have also been answered in this session for her fans - eg her fund management, which by the way aside from a home she bought in the Philippines at age 17, also includes a home she bought in California when she turned 21. Keep slaying Liza and God bless always.

I love this because it feels like we're getting to know her. I got the chills , as an INFJ myself I have this feeling that she is an INFJ like me from the moment she talks about how she dissociated herself from the problem/her feelings instead of thinking or try to find a solution for it when it's getting to hard for her to take in and that Liza and hope are two different people , it's like an alter ego . I'm also a shy type but when I'm in my dancer mode , I'm a different person . Wow just wow 💙 no wonder why I like her after a few minutes in . I don't even know things about Liza aside from her being a really popular actress there in the Philippines , also that momoland Nancy resemble her but after this interview, consider me a fan then , always has been a fan of Philippine tv drama though , it's popular here in Cambodia at one point . 💙🇰🇭 Much love to her from cambodia .
