I just discovered this gem last year searching for a 30 minute wkout. Since then I've completed 4 rounds of Iron. I'm now going to go through all of her full body's. This one made me sweat! I've done this one before, but not for a long time. I was dreading the diver press-ups when they came around because I always struggle with them, but I did it! A full set of proper diver press-ups with no breaks and no cheats! This is the first sign that I'm actually getting stronger and it's made me so happy, thank you so much Caroline :)

Did this for the first time with a 7 Kg dumbbell and I'm so happy that I was able to get through the entire workout.. I feel confident and stronger now... This is coming from someone who is relatively thin and petite and who is often assumed to be "weak" by others. Remember guys, you can do it too❤😊

Great workout! My only comment would be to add at least a five minute warm up before heading into the first exercise. Need to get the heart rate up a wee bit before lifting those weights in the renegade row!

Hi Caroline! Such a light and fluffy week. In the beginning I was a bit sad since we got so used to your longer sessions, but that actually gave a chance to go back to some of my old cadio dance and kickboxing workouts to supplement. The triceps and biceps work this week were painfully painfull.. Loved the lower body sessions, they were quite light.. The weighted core work is just splendid.. The hollow hold session was challenging! Looking forward to Sunday has to offer! Enjoy your weekend!

I love this workout. It is well designed with previews and the 3 second beep which, allows you to follow without twisting your neck to look at the screen. It is also really well rounded and works out your whole body. I felt sore as hell after the first time.

That was such a super effective workout in a half hour! The push ups were hard for for some reason but I loved the dive push-ups at the end. I am also a fan of makers so that was a great finish! Just did the add on biceps and that was brilliant! Definitely felt the burn! How did everyone else like this?

I usually never stop during a workout I just slow down and focus on my form. Ik had to quit during the diver push ups because I felt like I was going to vomit. Soaking wet now. IL give it another try tomorrow. Thanks Caroline!

Great fully body workout! Don’t let the fact that this is 30 min deceive you! This was super tough and the maker finish is always hard! I used 30lbs and 15lbs.

I was mentally looking forward 1 hour full body workout! I even had chocolates for breakfast to energize lol but when I saw 30 mins I was alike okay maybe 30 mins is one hour :) wasn’t disappointed I added the 15mins triceps and 10mins abs and felt so great afterwards 😀 Happy Friday, Caroline and everyone. enjoy your workout

That was a lot of FUN! I throughly enjoyed that!!😄 I really enjoyed the leg work today. Loved the Bulgarians, the staggered RDL to lunges, curtseys to lunges and the goblet squat. I really liked the holds for the rows, Bulgarians and on the toes!!🔥 And of course, you have to love the burn the squat to press creates. I was excited when the makers came on for the finisher😅! Great way to finish the workout. Thank Caroline! Now onto the bicep blowup!! 💪🏻😊

This full body workout was fantastic 😀😀😀👌👌👍 loved every exercise and a perfect length and good pace to enable me to increase my weights for the upper and lower body and still keep my technique and frame. I did this after feeling very sorry for myself because I had skipped workouts a few days and I just got my period. But this made me feel good. I am on a kind of weightless traject. But more I want to heal myself from binge eating and lose weight because I healed myself. I have been bingeing because of pre menstrual syndrome. I felt really bad about myself. Besides a few exercises I was able to complete the workout. I'm so happy and proud. Even though I am heavier.. I workout regularly because I love it. And the weightloss will come at its own time. I'm also training to do a 10 k. And that's going well as well.

This workout was so good and then I ordered new activewear so I felt a little more confident. I feel like at times when ever I doubt myself of how heavy I can lift I surprise myself. I never thought I would lift 30 lbs for chest and renegade rows that’s insane to me how in august 2020 I started with my little 8-10 lbs in quarantine for school. Strength is a process and requires patience and I know with every mistake it takes practice to correct and not getting angry if you stumble but rather laugh it off and start the timer back and continue on as if nothing happened. Having lovely Friday Caroline and everyone in the comments Ps the biceps workout definitely humbled me
