I quit paying for beachbody after I found Caroline- and I've seen more results in one month than i did in 6. Love the efficiency and attitude to all her workouts. No weird vlog in the front, just straight to the workout! I do two dumbbell or kettlebell videos every week, and 2 cardio or hiit vids. (I'm still a beginner thats all I can do man!) But love the vids- keep doing what you're doing

What a great cardio session! Perfect add-on for the HIIT today. I am amazed at how far I've come with your cardio workouts. I used to feel like I was dying during them and would need to stop a lot. Now they feel challenging but I'm able to continue on hardly without needing to stop at all and throughly enjoy the workout. Thanks Caroline! Brilliant👌💯👍✔️ it's a super low impact cardio for those of us who are a little late to the party when it comes to enjoying cardio 🙄🤔😏. Did this workout with Epic Heat D47.... man it's crazy!!! My legs were already very tired from the previous workout and this one has more leg workouts to accomplish!!! I like these short low impact cardio workouts of Caroline. They are not super hard (perfect for a generally fit person like myself😊) and at the same time fun as well. I have stopped doing Caroline's programmes as most of workouts are very long and with equipment ( plus no equipment hit cardio workouts are super challenging for me and I don't feel well after doing them😑). I like doing Caroline's cardio as they are great for fat burn and this one is just perfect for me😊 I hope there will be more workouts like this one☺

Short on time and wanted to get the heart rate up . I always come straight to Caroline’s huge library of workouts and find just what I need. This was perfect. What a brilliant way to finish no repeat week! I did this workout after HIIT( which was jumping extravaganza 😅) and it was nice, sweaty cool down. Enjoy the sunshine and see you tomorrow.

I'm so happy for this workout. I just found Caroline's videos about 2 months ago and have done one, sometimes two, just about every day. I don't need a gym. I'm starting with the EPIC 1 program, but will sometimes pull from these new videos, which I love! Her HIIT videos in EPIC I are awesome, but I do have to modify a bit which I know how to do and don't mind. I love the fact that this one was perfect. In fact, I had to modify up on a few. Woohoo! I'm just perplexed at the 9 dislikes she got. What?! If low impact is not enough for you, than don't do it, but don't dislike my girl! Thank you Caroline for provideing amazing workouts for everyone at all levels. I seriously am not renewing my gym membership. Your videos get the job done!

Om gosh!😭 today was my first day and it was actually quite painful😭😭 but I feel like that means it did more strwtching of my body, so it was really good😝 We Thank God for pulling me through, in Jesus name, Amen🙏

THANKS Caroline, somehow I missed the NO REST piece! Only one exercise my shoulders didn't like but I thought fast on the fly. You're the bomb. So darn happy I discovered you. I don't miss the gym at all.

superb as usual. you make us feel your normal as well, with slip up's or lack of balance etc etc all other trainers make it look so easy
