Diversity, equity and inclusion goals a growing priority for Army, Navy

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are priorities across the entire government, and that includes the Army and Navy. Anselm Beach, deputy assistant secretary of the Army for diversity and inclusion and Charles Barber, director of diversity, equity and inclusion programs for the Navy discuss how both services have offices devoted to the promotion and implementation of those goals.

Policy change will only be implemented if their is unanimous buy in. We have to keep leaders accountable. No one is above the policy.
