12AWG wires with female T-Plug or XT60
3 additional wires with 3 pin female burg strip
Heat shrink tubes
Soldering iron kit

Hello, I don't know if you'll respond to such an old video but. I've had problems with wiring a diy battery for a blaster. It has 4 pins (Jst sm-4) and I have no clue where to to put the last 1 wire.

Is there any way that from 2s battery i can take 2 output 1 intotal and 1 from single cell? And still the BMS will work for both cells?

Thank you for sharing this DYI 18650 2s video. I am new to RC hobby. I am thinking of doing the same thing. Making a 18650 2S on my spare old laptop Li Ion batteries for my RC car. 1st Question... toward the end of the video, you plugin to the charger and selected LiPo instead of Li Ion. Isn't that not correct? Should be Li Ion right? 2nd question... How much mAh rate should I put in the charge to do a balance charge? 2A like what you have there? Trying to figure out the correct mAH to set. I am learning as I go. Thank you in advance. :)

I just made it but when test on motor it run 18.4v. not 7.4v. wth

this is quite dangerous- I've built my onw and accidentally plugged it in opposite direction, permanently destroying my charger. I suggest using jst-xh connector as protection from it. so you cna connect your pack only in one way.

Yes, agree. Its actually difficult to remember the balancer connection. With me its just that I frequently charge and hence can associate the wire color code to the balancer connection

A normal phone charger is 5V. Fully charged 2S pack is 8.4V.

Im confused. Its LiPo or Li-Ion , because I couldn’t find any 18650 LiPo battery. All wer Li-Ion battery. Can u share link to buy LiPo 18650.??? How many amps can these give out? 20c? 30c? 2c!?? Pls reply

18650 is li ion each one battery is single cell.there is no li polymer in 18650

Sorry for the mis understanding, but it's a battery pack with balancer port which you can connect to a balance charger to recharge

So you made video how to solder 5 wires and connect it to pro. Charger...... Pointless to hell. Btw if you have this setup just take out cell get new in and charger emmpty one on a normal charger.
