DIY Baby Doll Dress from a T-Shirt! || How I turned a crop top into a baby doll dress.

I made this without the pockets. It came out perfectly. Will make the next one with pockets. Tip: Add either iron on interfacing to hem of t-shirt before sewing or elastic to waist seam after sewing. This will keep t-shirt from stretching out at waist seam.

The shirt fabric is knit, i haven’t tried it with a woven shirt, but I’m assuming it can be done too, I’ll just be more like a smock style 🤷🏻‍♀️
