Thank you for the video sir. I like how you solved the overheat problem. I think I have all I need to make my own power supply now. I picked up an old 6/12 volt battery charger with a transformer that looks about the same size as yours. I have a couple of LM317 voltage regulators lying around, lots of ceramic resistors, and I scavenged a couple of large capacitors out old PC power supply. Oh and I also scavenged the bridge rectifier out of it as well. The only thing I need now is the case and buck boost module. You said you built the case cover out of sheet metal. How did you do that? Do you have a sheet metal press and cutter? Did you also make the body of the case yourself out of a piece of sheet metal? Just curious. Thanks!

Yes I have a homemade sheet metal bender. I made the entire case. I use the power supply quite often and so far it has worked well. Good luck building yours. Thanks for watching.
