Really like this idea.. Your video just gave me an idea to add the press studs to the two tags at the top of each fabric piece maybe.. either way great idea and easy to remove for washing

Hi Jon, really cracking way of doing the curtains really like how you done them with the poppers, personally i like the DIY way over the traditional way with the tracks and the major expense.... job job buddy.

What a great idea, have some of these poppers at home. Why did I not think of using them? Tried to use magnets hot glued then superglued, worked really well until both melted off in Spain 😂

Haha. Nice effort anyway mate. Thanks for sharing. Yeah - sounds like you need a better solution. These studs are great in my book. As long as you take your time to place them just right, so both parts meet up perfectly. That way, they just fall into place nicely. Thanks for watching and commenting.... Jon.

Great video mate ..... you could instead of tying them up put a popper on the tie up ..
@TheJDWay6 ай бұрын
Cheers. Yes there's definitely some alternatives in the tie up method for sure. Thanks for your comment. Jon...

Nice job! Question: how stealth are they from the outside? Do they fully block all light from the inside of the van? This is always something a stealth camper needs to ensure if they're parking and don't want to be detected as living/sleeping in their van.

Hi. If you stand outside looking at the back doors, you will not see light. Looking at either of the side windows, you will not see light. The only bit i would say that does let light through is the big cab curtain - The curtain material itself is blackout so 99% of it is fine - its the very top line where it is popped into the ceiling - its like a 1mm gap between curtain and white ceiling board so if i had lights on inside then someone could i suppose see little lines of light from outside yes. However. I'm sure that this could be improved on if that is really important to you (like an extra flap of material along the top or something.) Cheers for your comment. Thanks for watching Jon.
