U r so creative. We have tons of boxes around the house because we get lots of packages. I’m going to try making a Castle my next day off. Love your ideas. I'd always use shasta soda boxes. They use this thick af cardboard to hold the weight of the sodas. Then. I'd tear a starter hole door in it. It would last about a month, act as a chew toy, & my Pikachu would often be seen sleeping on top of it, as it was the best lookout spot.

Make sure the cardboard doesn't have ink or glue on it. Nibbling on a little bit of cardboard (that doesn't have ink or glue on it) is alright though.

Is it OK for rabbits to chew on cardboard with that kind of ink...? I gave my rabbit a box with similar prints, but im concerned because the internet has mostly been warning me against boxes with ink...

fellow bunny owner here 👋 i don’t know if you’ve figured this out yet but make sure to spend time with your bunnies first! if you got them recently they may still be a little nervous. sit on the floor with them while you’re on your phone or reading or anything else, or lay down on the floor and let your bunnies smell you and explore you first. this lets your bunnies get more familiar and comfortable with you. after doing this for a few days (maybe a week depending on how long it takes them to warm up to you), try petting your bunnies again. go slowly and make sure they can see your hand. be gentle as well! they especially love it when you pet them between their eyes :)! i hope this helps!

Try to avoid boxes with plasticized surfaces, color ink, stickers & staples. Chemicals, etc.
