I'm a complete newbie to pottery and I am SO glad I found your channel!! Not only are you clearly a lovely person, but your teaching and demos are exactly what I was looking and hoping for. Thank you for sharing your talent and teaching so generously.

I would like to congratulate you because during the various lockdowns many started offering lives, youtube tutorials. Once the lockdown is over, these contents are no longer produced. And you keep offering your videos. Thank you!!! I wish you only good things!!!

Such good tips as always, thank you! I participated in a handbuilt pottery workshop last week and made a coaster. I had no ideia it could warp, so now I can just hope it will be alright! I'll know tomorrow.🙈 I'm so glad you made a zine, I bought it right away! Can't wait to get it! 😍

Your videos are so helpful ❤️ Can you please make a video about single firing? About the steps of it from clay to glaze, and maybe give some tips 🙏🏽

Loved this project!! Have been wanting to try the tape resist method for awhile now. I wish you would have shown how you removed the tape after glazing. Can you please link the tape for us? Maybe on an English site like Amazon too? Thanks Mia! You’re an inspiration!

I forgot to film that part 😆 but it's really easy. I just used my fingernail or a needle tool to gently lift up the edges of the tape, and then they pull off very easily. The tape I used is from pk-pro.de.

"of course we cannot have glaze on the bottom of our tiles or they will stick to the kiln shelf" ...oh. Oh! Of course! I never realized but it makes perfect sense that that's why you have to wipe the glaze off the bottoms of things!
