Wow, I'm half a year in getting back my natural curls, since I've ruined them 2 years ago with platinum Bleach and needed that big Chop. My hair is past shoulder lenght right now and my curls are already alive, but I still have some dead straight ends and I really need volume since I have a blunt cut. @@classysassy1851 i think she is 3a-3b mixed with fine strands and medium density. Just like i have but when i use heavy products my hair might look low density but if use right products my hair can look pretty full.

@@classysassy1851 it's normal to low. I don't dye or heat style my hair so it's super healthy. I tend to use moisture and protein in balance with every wash. Sometimes it looks good without any stylers.

As someone who’s previously only had her hair cut while straightened: the results don’t come out like this: you’re cutting your hair for how it looks straightened not how it looks curly: ie: everything lining up/cutting straight across. When you cut your hair curly: you’re shaping your hair for how it will look curly/will probably have more body and shape. If she were to straighten her hair: everything probably wouldn’t be perfectly even. It just depends on how you wear your hair most of the time: curly or straight

Trimming your hair like this is a mistake. It comes out uneven and this is most likely why your hair looks different on the sides
