Inseam flare panel is easier than the outseam imo

@@dkcapone okay so, taper the pant from inseam. Close off the ends with serger or zig zag. Then cut out your piece for the crotch to the knee. Same size all around. A rectangle. Then cut out the piece that flares at bottom. It should be same size where it connects then gradually flare. Pin it together. Sew it in.
