@@ayshas288 ginger causes your body heat to increase. Ginger is widely used in everyday Indian cooking but is usually added in small quantities to derive maximum benefits. A small cube of ginger boiled with water along with lemon and turmeric with fennel is normally consumed on empty stomach first thing morning. Large quantities of ginger can do more harm than good to one's system - it's all about balance.

A tip for you when making ginger. Blend the Ginger and strain separately, add some freshly cut lemon juice and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes to allow the sediments and Starch to settle underneath. Orange juice tends to have a lot of unnecessary ingredients unless it's fresh (eg Tropicana is so processed that the orange color is added in! It's CLEAR before that!) It's probably better to get some fresh apple juice or you could add in a cucumber and some sweetener. There's a ton of options I just personally wouldn't use processed OJ in a health shot

sorry for my bad English. But concentrated ginger juice is acidic .. should be consumed in limited amount. When I usually have it as part of home remedies in ayurveda , one tablespoon is what an adult have. For children it's much less. There is limit depending upon if we add some other ingredients. My mother usually adds drops of honey to it . When we were children those two ingredients would be taken in equal amount. It's excellent for stomach indigestion related problems. If it's diluted with water , amount can change. But have never seen water being added. Other ingredients are used to sort of decrease acidity. Depends on for what cause , age etc atleast according to Ayurveda. Just because something is good it shouldn't be taken in large amounts..it will have negative effects on body. Don't know rules for other parts of world. This is how we have it in our region.
