I'd love to see a gimble build! I've been looking for a gimble that can hold my phone (Samsung Note 5) since it has a decent camera. But all the gimbles that look clean are crazy expensive.

For $8.99 You can get a stand clamp with a tripod thread plate. Amazon does all the work for you. I got about ten of them back in 2010. lol.

To be honest, there are about a billion premade options for this. I think I paid $6.99 for my clamp with Tripod adapter, and another $6.99 for a set of half dozen or so GoPro-to-Tripod thread adapters.

I'm a little shaky at math, but the clamp is $1, the mount kit is $19.99, the ball adaptor is 7.99 plus shipping, the nut and screws are $2.00 ... how does that come to $10?

If you already use a GoPro and mount it to things (like a tripod) you already have that standard mount so I don't include that in the price. I don't know about you but I haven't paid for shipping on Amazon for like 8 years.
