Homemade sausage rolls are something i'd been asked to make many times! They are super popular here in the UK for a picnic or snack any time of Year really hot or cold...it's become quite a trend for oversize gourmet style ones to be available at the moment, so I decided to try and make my own! In this video, we make gourmet style pork sausage rolls with a caramelised onion and apple filling. You can play around with the filling as much as you like and make them as big as you like too! Enjoy :)

I wholeheartedly agree. The best times with my youngest niece were when I'd have her over for a couple of nights when her mom was working night shift at the hospital (the little one was in grade school) and we'd make dinner together, bake bread, bake cookies. The first thing she'd ask me when I picked her up was, 'what are we cooking tonight?" We'd even watch cooking shows together. Good times.

Sausage rolls and other meat pies also popular in South Africa sold at hot foods counter in large stores and mini ones in frozen isle for party platters or funeral platters. We also have the "home bakers" where a group of home bakers weekly supply a " home bakery shop" with their homemade sweet and savoury bakes.

one of my favorite things that my mom makes is in the fall she makes apple brats. its essentially apples, onions, spices, and thick brats in a slow cooker until the apples and onions soften. Definitely going to try this. last thing i tried from the channel was the Wagamama chicken katsu and the curry sauce was spot on but this looks even better. I like that you show the stuff that doesn't work because the way you did it first is exactly how i would have tried to do it

Should also add, it gave me the confidence to actually fry chicken, i have terrible anxiety when it comes to ensuring meat it cooked
