you make that look easy. that small copper snaps easy sometimes. i have tried it but got my friend Bill to wind them in the end.

I have trouble seeing the stuff it's so thin, with the two foam pads giving it the right resistance as the wire runs through so far I've not yet snapped the wire, but I'm sure that day will come haha

In hibernation for the winter, nah a bad back stopped me messing with the bikes for awhile, this year I spent a lot of time with the Triumph so next year it's going to be Jap year!

what total resistance are you going for?

7.4k trying to replicate the Iron Gear Blues engine, I ended up with 7.53k so should have just wound both at 5000 turns
