Hey everyone!
Today I have a fun DIY for you. Cold porcelain is something that I've been wanting to do for a long time but was kind of to lazy. My polymer clay was always there so I didn't need a substitute. But since I just moved and started my life as a grown up I can't afford to spend to much money on craft supplies. :/ But that's the time for a real DIY challenges! It's easy to do DIYs with expensive tools and supplies but what happens when you have to make something really on a budget? Here comes a recipe for a cold porcelain clay!
See you soon,
Angela
Ingredients:
-Corn starch: amzn.to/3dWZFsJ
-PVA glue: amzn.to/2MWmmkT
-Baby oil: amzn.to/3htNFkI
-Lemon juice: amzn.to/2UIomS9

actually you can use just cornflour or just lotion but for lotion you need to wait until the clay cools down a bit more - that's why it didn't work for me in this video ;)

lol you only need the lotion for your hands while kneeding. If you want the clay softer, add more glue not lotion. Finally, the clay wont dry out if its kept sealed.
@Passionfruitdiy
@Passionfruitdiy 7 жыл бұрын
I assume you did not watch the video carefully ;) you re right but if you add more glue it's going to be more melty and not softer, oil/lotion makes it oily and soft. have a nice day ;)
