You can use geogard 221 or liquid german plus. If you wish to store it for up to six months, you have to prepare the carrot juice extract like I did in the video

Fresh carrot juice will quickly go bad, even with a preservative.

Thank you for watching the video. The reason why I process carrot juice extract with this method is that it can be stored longer than pure fresh carrot juice, and it is less harmful to the skin.

If you follow the recipe in the video, you can store it for one month without preservative. If you use fresh cucumber juice, you will only be able to store it for a maximum of one week in the fridge.
