This is a full upholstery for beginners tutorial and we show you the process step by step from stripping off the old fabric, to adding new webbing to the seats, re-padding the dining chair, plus how to cut patterned fabric and pattern matching the fabric, how to reupholster the dining chair whilst pattern matching and then finally adding studding to the bottom to give the dining chair a stylish finish. Hi Gill - yes this one had piping sewn into the back - if I didn’t show it on this video, I’ve uploaded a few recently showing how to sew and attach piping…the concept is very similar. Hope this helps!
