Great video! Thank you but I have a question. Do yo need to us a stretchy fabric to get it over the back?
@faceliftinteriors4 ай бұрын
Not necessarily, just needs to be cut and sewn very well. 🤟✂️🪡🧵📐

Hi there, thank you for this video, I have a question if you could answer, am I able to reupholstered a solid dining chair?
@aparnakhanna25063 жыл бұрын
Thanks a lot for the video. It was very helpful. Could you confirm how many metres of fabric are needed per chair? I intend to get a plain fabric with no pattern.
@faceliftinteriors3 жыл бұрын
Hi there! Thanks for watching, I’m glad you found it helpful. It was roughly a metre and a half per chair. Hope this helps 😊👍🏻

Hi Neil this is very helpful thank you. How did you make the back cover with the piping, is there a separate video please? Do you need to use piping for the edges? Gill
@ginger2lily3 жыл бұрын
I have the same question, but more in regard to how you managed the turn at the top - must have been tricky!
@faceliftinteriors3 жыл бұрын
Hi Gill - yes this one had piping sewn into the back - if I didn’t show it on this video, I’ve uploaded a few recently showing how to sew and attach piping…the concept is very similar. Hope this helps!

Hi Margot - apologies for the delay in replying. I’ve uploaded a few videos recently on how to sew piping around curves… hopefully you find them helpful 😊👍🏻

Do you measure the seat with any extra room for it to wrap underneath?
@faceliftinteriors4 жыл бұрын
Hi Iva, yes I allow two inches either side, which allows you to staple off underneath 😊👍🏻
