1/2 teaspoon hyaluronic acid powder 1/4 teaspoon glycerine (optional) 1/4 cup of water Mix it well. There might be a few chunks but its okay. Store in the fridge overnight. Use the product within two weeks. Apply on moist skin NOT on dry skin. Seal it with a moisturizer.

Notes: 1/2 tsp HA powder, 1/4 tsp glycerin, and 1/4 cup water, shake and put in refrigerator. Use on moist skin. Use moisturizer after. - Add preservative. (I used Optiphen Plus). I tried about 6 drops and I always leave mine in the refrigerator. I later used a digital scale to ensure the ratios were accurate. (mix HA with glycerin first to reduce clumping.)

The serum turned out quite thick and forms a transparent mask like layer on my face which I can peel off easily . It is not possible to apply a moisturizer on it because it peels off . Hi, oils are emollients which means that they soften the skin cell edges, but they aren't great occlusives. Consider using moisturizers with shea butter, mineral oil, dimethicone, or petrolatum. 😊

So much thicker than OTC hyalauronic acid serums. Very sticky. If I use it during the day and use a foundation over it, it pills up. I just use it at night now, but I prefer the store bought for this reason. It’s so thick I’m unable to use a funnel to put it in a jar.

Just add more glycerin! Also, I buy cheap hyaluronic acid serums ( that have good ingredients) & then I add a tiny scoop of my own hyaluronic powder to it. I keep it in fridge & it lasts longer....probably due to the preservatives already in it!
