If you dont have a paint stirrer for your drill you can use a plastic hangar for clothes. Just cut the long piece off leaving a hook at one end. Not sure if it works for this but worth a try.

Distilled water is perfect soft water, but I don't understand why it has turned white like milk. Insufficient primary agitation can also cause this. You can use it if it is very foamy. It has antibacterial properties. So the application is possible.

This can be done by reducing overall usage.

The values required for the saffonification to happen, thats the term used for the reaction of hydroxide and oil/fats to produce soap/detergent, are chemical equivalents and they work on ratio and proportions. For your case, just define which item controls you in terms of amount/ease of doing it and calculate the rest by ratio and proportion.

This phenomenon can occur when the water is not soft due to insufficient first stirring. After 3~4 days, you can remove the white part and use it.

i have made jwa 3 times with different results. Each time different results. can you explain maybe where i have made mistakes? 1st time- made 90L. all went perfectly. However, well water was not soft so does not foam when sprayed. 2nd- made 90L. used rain water. Color looked good but when mixing, it never became like thin mayonnaise. The end result was so strange. everything has become a thick white slime. I have used it for dish soap but it is a little oily. i think i was not precise enough when measuring ingredients. 3rd try- changed to 20L and used air conditioner water. mixing went very well. I used paint mixer and drill. thin mayonnaise achieved within. minutes. checked back a few hours later and was already like soft butter. I decided to be safe and wait 2 more days before final mixing. when i returned it was rock hard. added water to soften it. let it sit in the sun. had to break the solid piece on the bottom by pushing the bottom of the bucket. then tried to shave the hard pieces with a clean wood stick. added remaining water snd used paint mixer and drill again. now it is like a thick gooey transparent jelly. all of the little chunks haven't dissolved yet but i dont know what was wrong during each attempt😭 Thank you and love from Japan!!

The second one seems to be the result of insufficient initial stirring. The third one is the result of too strong initial stirring. If the stirring is strong, it becomes very hard. If it is not completely dissolved yet, add a little more water. Thank you.
