Just talked to Toro. The high lift option for this mower is the 108-3759-03 blade.

@@jkprojectsnstuff697 If you want a clean cut with no grass left on the lawn and clippings in the rear bag, you NEED to use a high-lift blade. the high-lift blade also keeps the motor at the higher speed (RPM) much better cutting... It picked up everything and it sucked up so much stff.. Get the high lift on the Toro.!!

I love anything to do with PVC! Is the high lift blade essentially a third blade option then? Is the primary reason you need more lift for striping, or for the cut and mulch quality? Are you using performance or Econ blade typically? Sorry so many questions... I appreciate your time and knowledge. I saw high lift blade as an accessory but assumed it was the same as the ‘performance’ blade. Still on the fence about keeping my Ego or trying out the Toro SR. Cut quality with high lift ego blade while bagging is great. But using high lift blade for mulching is not as nice as the mulching blade. So either blade is a compromise and I don’t want to keep changing them out.

Seems like the 3 OEM blades are the bagging / high lift (108-3759-03 sold separately), the economy recycling pre-installed (144-3178-03) and the performance recycling included (aka the one installed on the gas versions 133-8183-04). Constantly changing part numbers could add to the confusion, but hopefully I got that right.

@@jkprojectsnstuff697 does the mower still meet your expectations with the performance blade and using it on Econ / MAX? Is the high lift blade something you want just for striping & bagging? Or are you hoping for better cut and mulching?

@@seanrice7511 I am very happy with the way the grass looks when it's finished. The cut quality is great. My only complaint is that any small sticks or debris in the yard doesn't really get sucked up and chopped. My Honda wasn't a great mulcher, but it could have been the type of blades (dual balde) I had on it. One thing the Honda had is suction power. If I passed by a leaf on the left side of the mower, the Honda would suck it right underneath the deck. It's not happening with the 60V Super Recycler. Although I miss that aspect, it's not a deal breaker. I don't regret my decision at all.

Where is the Super Recycler made? My old one was made in Minnesota but I know that changed a while ago.

Not sure, to be honest with you. It shipped from El Paso, TX. Almost all the components of the mower are directly from the gas version. So worst case, the motor and batteries may be Chinese. If you find out, please share!
