@@Rattus-Norvegicus I think it was a little over 1600 for everything. I got the rascal, 212 stage 1 motor, torque converter and some extras. Won’t ever get my money back out of it, but it will be a fun hobby

Feel bad for you Ike. I was in that situation last year. The first week is tough. Then you start getting slowly used to it. Then later on it will start to get hard again cuz it just starts to feel like so much time is passing.

quick bikers secret for the handgrips. use a little liquid dawn dish soap. it acts a lubricant but drys to make them stick better.

I'm a fan of acetone for cleaning before paint. If you buy it in larger containers and actually remember to close the lid and keep it out of hot places it probably is quite a bit cheaper than spray cans of any kind of cleaner.

A little tip from my motocross days, spray a little spray paint down the grips it lubes it up then cures to a glue.

splatter paint tip(suggestion?) hold a short piece of , lets say,,,broom handle in one hand , load your paint to your brush,,take aim;),,,now rap the handle part of your paint brush on the broomstick,,,,,or whatever,,, makes for an interesting spread and differing patterns. Weird trick i've found for keeping handlebars set securely, is to put a little bit of loctite right where those blocks clamp them down. My MB200-2 gave me a lot of trouble until I did that and I haven't had to adjust them since.
