YOU HAVE TO TRY CAYENNE PEPPER FOR YOUR HEADACHE. I DIDNT HAVE ANY IN PILL FORM SO I SLATHERED FRANKS REDHOT ON SOME TOMATOES… ABOUT A TABLESPOON AND IT WORKED FOR MY MIGRAINE! Sorry for the all caps. I’m not yelling, just excited to share. Thanks for the new content and new look! Love it!!!❤

Thanks for sharing this! Sounds like you have a classic migraine. You have to take whatever you choose (medication or home remedy) right at the onset or they can last for hours, days or even weeks. I’ve had many. Take it easy! If you feel like you need to be in darkness then do it. Take care!

Most of my herbal infused oils takes 6-8 weeks because I usually don’t use any kind of heat. However the new way I learned about primes the herbs with everclear or vodka, just a little bit, after blending up the herb to create as much surface area as possible, then adding the oil, and then keeping it at no higher than 110 degrees for 3 days. It Seems to extract faster and stronger, but I’m still testing to know if it’s the heat, the priming with the alcohol, or the chopping of the herb is what’s helping it along, or if it’s a combination of the 3. This is fun stuff though! Love learning new things ❤️

Pretty interesting...Yeah, I lifted my arm the other day and pulled a muscle in my back...laying in bed, the pain felt like pneumonia...but was probably just the pulled muscle. I hope your headache goes away soon...there is some bad stuff going around out there.

Go get some chocolate, a cup of coffee then relax in a comfy chair with your feet in the hottest water you can stand. When I suffered from migraines my doctor told me to try it instead of taking a bunch of pain killers. Worked for me
