welcome to my channel if your new here remember to like and subscribe😁 in this episode I will be showing you how to remove and fit a FPRV on my mk2 Audi TT EA113 engine
Direct replacement higher pressure fuel return valve for the T FSI engines.
Fits: 2.0T FSI Engines.
This component is necessary when running a KO4 Turbo and going to Stage 2/Stage 2+ with some software brands.
Notes:
- Please contact the person mapping your vehicle to make sure this item is required before installing.
- This valve installs at the fuel rail, not the fuel pump. It's location is underneath the inlet manifold

I took it off in the end as its not needed on a k03 butbon a k04 I would have kept it on and it help maintaining good fuel pressure

Yes that was needed for the stage 2 +

​@@CarChris82hello did you maybe know the problem audi TT 2.0tfsi when stay about one thay need about 10second to start car after you shut off and start agin it start emidiatly after 1 day its procces the same 10sec to start i change non return valve what is come to engine the fuel pump pressure its okey its maybe non return valve on the rail or piston on high pressure pump
