Awesome. I never thought that there was a tutorial on how to make your own Bellini Camaleonda sofa somewhere on the Internet. It's literally one of the most relevant designs in Mid-Century Modern, and the idea of being able to do it yourself at home is simply mindblowing. I have a replica that I bought at Manhattan Home Design and I love it.

You are so clever! Of course there are always things that an outside perspective can spot and wanna tweak but this is impressive. I honestly don't think I would have been able to get to the finish line on this! That being said, my only input would be disguising the harsh black cord...maybe the same soft material, cut into long, thin strips and folded over and sewn..like a straw wrapper, with the black cording being the straw, of course. lol. I also think the back cushions might look a little nicer if they were drawn in a little more taught where those seams are, to mimic the seat cushion more so. But hey, you just made a whole damn seating situation come to fruition though, so Kudos to you!! Very inspiring... 👆👏👍
@FashionAttack3 жыл бұрын
hahahhaha! i knowwwwwww it was such a challenge! the original couch from Mario Bellinihas black ropes in contrast that's why i didnt't use the same material, but i do agree it makes the couch more grunge instead of elegant! ahhhh i do have so much to learn! i'll try the tofo couch next week heheheh i hope i can pull it off!!! heheh
