I think ground mount is the way to go it’s where you can take care of them

I wanted to get a Large Ground Mount that I can stack panels up 2 high but I might go the route your taking and just get 550w panels instead

Do you have to do much leveling before hand?

No, you can use ground spikes to adjust and lock the height of each rack to offset an uneven grade.
